1. Introduction

   1.1. The Ultabeauty website is operated by ULTA BEAUTY SALON (hereafter referred to as ‘Ultabeauty’) and the purchase of goods from this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

   1.2. The website policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to stay informed of any changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

 

   2.1. Ultabeauty will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the email address provided by you.

   2.2. Customers must be 18 years or older. Minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

 

   3.1. The price you will pay will be the website price at the time you placed or edited your order, subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable.

   3.2. When items are ordered by weight or volume, you will be charged for the actual weight or volume supplied. Therefore, the prices shown on your order confirmation email and your order on the website are considered guide prices only. The actual price will be calculated when your order is prepared.

   3.3. The price of the goods does not include delivery charges as depending on the location delivery cost will be added to your order, order value at least AED 300 and above will be delivered Free of charge.

 

4. Promotions

   4.1. Ultabeauty may occasionally make promotional offers on the purchase of goods through our website. The terms of any promotional offer will be subject to these terms and conditions.

   4.2. Ultabeauty may change the terms of any promotions, or withdraw them altogether, at any time without prior notice.

   4.3. Refunds given on any purchase subject to a promotional offer will be given on the terms of that promotion and the promotional price.

 

   5.1. Payment can be made by cash on delivery or by credit card via our website. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

   5.2. Ultabeauty reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any time.

 

6. *Delivery

   6.1. Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if, in our opinion, the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers.

   6.2. Ultabeauty will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the quantity or condition of the goods, we will arrange for their collection. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. Our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

   6.3. ULTA BEAUTY SALON will not provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

   6.4. Multiple orders will be delivered in the same manner as single orders, either together or on separate days as per the customer's requirement, decided at the time of order placement.

 

7. Home Delivery

   7.1. Ultabeauty will deliver your order to the delivery address you selected when placing your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact us immediately by email or telephone. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas.

   7.2. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. If we fail to deliver on time, we will contact you to reschedule. Our liability will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

   7.3. If you fail to be present or give instructions for delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for the perishable items and the delivery charge.

   7.4. In the event of non-availability of any goods, we may offer a reasonable substitute which may affect the price. You may reject any substitute item at delivery time.

 

   8.1. Ultabeauty will deliver your order to the collection point you selected when placing your order.

   8.2. The collection time slot is agreed at the time of order placement, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you or another appropriate person collects your order during this period.

   8.3. Should you fail to collect your order, we are entitled to charge you in full for the perishable items and the delivery charge.

   8.4. In the event of non-availability of any goods, we may offer a reasonable substitute which may affect the price. You may reject any substitute item at collection time.

 

   9.1. Orders must be amended or canceled by telephone or email by 12 pm midday, the day before delivery or collection. Failure to do so will result in a full charge.

   9.2. Cancellation of standing orders must be submitted via email, clearly stating the date of cancellation, and must be received at least 24 hours before the final order is dispatched.

   9.3. Cancellation of any orders made online using credit/debit cards will incur a 30 AED cancellation charge regardless of notice given.

   9.4. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

 

   10.1. We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction. For goods that do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we will arrange for them to be collected and either fully refund you or replace them.

   11.1. The information we request from you when you register and place an order will be treated with care and security. We will not sell or rent your information to any third party for their marketing purposes unless you agree otherwise.

   11.2. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

 

   12.1. Ultabeauty may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

 

   13.1. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
